I am not sure how high up we were but it was amazing because the sun was rising as the balloon was rising as well. If you look closely, that is me on the left holding the camera and the pompom on my beanie. I've never been ballooning before but it was very nice. I didn't have a fear of falling or of heights up there. There was also no wind so it was a very smooth ride, even though we had a bumpy landing. I would definitely like to go again. Ballooning definitely isn't for adrenaline junkies. But for people like me, who just like to enjoy the view it was pretty fantastic.
A picture of our balloon as it was taking off in the sunrise. And then finally a picture I took off the sunrise from the balloon. Those houses were so isolated, and imaging watching balloons floating by every morning!
